Pre-Order Items As all items are made to order, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges for change of mind. Please ensure you select the correct size before placing your order.

If your item arrives faulty or damaged, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order at [EMAIL] with your order number and photos of the fault. We will assess each case individually and offer a replacement or refund where applicable.

Order Cancellations Pre-orders cannot be cancelled once placed, as production begins promptly after purchase.
