All orders placed through NATOA are final. As each item is made to order, cancellations cannot be accepted once an order has been placed.

If you believe there has been an error with your order, please contact us at natoa.thelabel@outlook.com within 24 hours of purchase and we will do our best to assist.

Your rights under the Australian Consumer Law remain unaffected by this policy.
